About Sk8 Dad

I started Sk8 Dad because I could not find a lot of skateboarding sites dedicated to the older skater or to parents of skaters (who may not skate). I will point out great skateboard deals, how to tips, and parenting tips focused on supporting your skateboarding kids.

I started skating when I was 16 and have skated pretty much non-stop for the past 21 years. I now have a 2 year old daughter and a son on the way and hope to introduce both of them to this great scene.
